Reservations:
A full payment of first night (deposit) is required at the time of booking. Credit card deposits are charged at the time of booking. 3 night minimum stay required for holiday weekends. Cabins only: 2 night minimum stay required for weekends (Friday and Saturday nights. Holidays: 3 night minimum) $100 dollar security deposit per cabin is required, due upon arrival. Security deposit is refundable upon check out if your cabin has all beginning inventory and there is no cabin damage.

Cancellations:
Full refund, less $5.00 with 2 day cancellation notice, and holidays require 7 day notice. (Cabins 30 day notice).
